Product Warranties:
Since all of our products sold here at ScopesNMore are new, each product carries the original manufacturer’s full warranty against defects and craftsmanship. When you receive a product you will find a manufacturer’s manual and warranty card information included with the item. Any and all warranty or service will be provided by the manufacturer or supplier of that product, so should you have a warranty claim or in need to repair on your product, please contact the manufacturer of your product directly.
Truth In Advertising:
At ScopesNMore, it is our intention to advertise our merchandise completely and accurately, both in word and in illustration. Unfortunately, equipment manufacturers do not always provide adequate information or artwork to fully describe their product. Additionally, product manufacturers may change designs, packaging, and naming without communicating those changes to us. When we become aware of significant changes to a product, we will update our description and any illustrations with the best information we have available. When a product is purchased, we will deliver the merchandise corresponding to our model number. It is the customer's responsibility to research the merchandise before purchasing, and to note any discrepancies. ScopesNMore will not be responsible for changes in design, appearance, naming or pricing errors. Any returns due to discrepancies between our presentation and delivered merchandise of the same model number will be subject to normal return/exchange procedures and policies.

If you do not want to wait to receive an email asking for your review of the product, you may just go to the individual products’ page and click on the “Reviews” Tab and click the link to write a review. We encourage our customers to share with others the strengths and weaknesses of the product. Please be civil and refrain from inappropriate language. ScopesNMore does reserve the right to not post your review at our discretion.
