ScopesNMore only ships to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do NOT ship outside of the United States.
We offer FREE Ground Shipping on orders above $75.00 and regular shipping charges will be calculated and applied for orders less than $75.00 at time of checkout. This applies to the Continental US only: sorry Alaska and Hawaii but you already live in paradise and regular shipping charges will apply on all orders at time of checkout. Expedited shipping is also available at the checkout process for those customers who want to receive their products sooner.
For all customers: please make sure that when you provide a ship to address that is different from your billing address, that your credit card company has that address on file. If not, this will delay your order from being processed in a timely fashion. For those customers paying with Google Checkout your order may be delayed a few hours until Google has confirmed your information and has cleared the order to be processed.
The majority of orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship out that day.
We use UPS for our delivery services and at the present time we do NOT use USPS services. So if you have a PO Box for your billing address you will also need to provide a physical location as well for shipping purposes. Make sure to provide a complete and accurate ship to address so that your product arrives to you as scheduled. If your address is incorrect and needs to be corrected by a carrier, we do reserve the right to pass along the $10.00 charge incurred to us for the correction. If for some reason you are unable to accept your package from UPS after 3 attempts have been made, the package will automatically be sent back to our warehouse. If this occurs ScopesNMore will charge for shipping costs incurred to reship the package and if applicable a 3% credit card fee. ScopesNMore will make every effort to make sure that your package arrives to you on time, but please be aware that we are not responsible for the delay of the product during transit as it is out of our hands.
Finally, although we do our best to secure your product with the best materials there may be times during transit that you may receive a package that clearly shows signs of damage. If you feel that the damage is excessive and/or the package has been opened, please refuse your package and proceed to contact us within 24 hours so that we can take care of the matter as best as possible.
