Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Here at ScopesNMore we want our customers to be happy with their products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your product in new condition within 30 days (the 30 day time frame will begin the day you receive your product from the shipping carrier and will end the day that the product is received back at the shipping facility). A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns in order to cover our return process; which includes but is not limited to: the inspection of the returned item, the recalibration of the item, repackaging, credit card fees, and other restocking expenses. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer, and our actual total shipping an insurance costs for return shipping of the product will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges paid are not refundable.

After 30 days from purchase All Sales Are Final and no returns will be accepted.

Defective Products: On rare occasion it is possible that a product can arrive defective. Any product that arrives and is thought to be defective needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Phone or email the customer service department to report the problem and they will provide instructions on how to handle the defective product.

To process a return please fill out and submit our simple Return Form below. Upon our receipt of your completed form ScopesNMore will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and send you instructions on how to return your product. Please note no products will be accepted for return without an authorized RMA number.

Exchanges:
ScopesNMore is happy to accept exchanges for products in new condition within 20 days (the 20 day time frame will begin the day you receive your product from the shipping carrier and will end the day that the product  is received back at the shipping facility).There is no restocking fee for exchanges that are of equal or greater price than the original product, however all subsequent shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact the orders department by email  to process an exchange. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how and where to return your exchange.

No exchanges will be accepted after the 20 day period and any product received after the 20 day period will be treated as a return . After 30 days from purchase All Sales Are Final.


Cancelled Orders:
If you need to change your order or cancel, you must contact the customer service department by email at orders@scopesnmore.com as soon as possible. If the package has already been processed you can refuse the delivery. Once the package has arrived back to the warehouse and inspected, we will refund you for the purchase less the shipping costs and credit card fees incurred.
